Turning Insight Into Action
Building a Stronger, More Profitable Business
Our leadership team has been around this business long enough to know that markets rarely move in a straight line. What we are seeing now is no different.
There is still plenty of opportunities in Local Mobility, but the business is becoming more competitive and, in many ways, more complicated. Dealers are sorting through changing import conditions, used vehicle values, staffing and service capacity, new products, more sophisticated and AI informed customers and questions about what mods can and cannot be done with vehicles after they leave the factory.

Used fleet values have adjusted in most parts of the country, creating new questions around acquisition cost, refurbishment opportunities and retail pricing. Principal Matters.
Strong dealerships are being built around people, systems, service, financial discipline and local market leadership, not just vehicle sales. See the complete article in this issue.
